Free-range whole turkeys

All of our free-range whole turkeys and turkey crowns are raised at Hillview with love and care, following a natural diet without any unwanted artificial ingredients to provide you the best centrepiece for any christmas gathering. Our turkeys are slow-grown, relaxed, and given a natural diet of corn, soy, and forage, which results in a very flavorful roast with great taste and texture. They also receive enough exercise this adds extra flavour and tenderness by hanging the bird for at least 7 days after it is traditionally hand-picked.
