Our Gloucestershire old spot pork are free-range, outdoor-reared reared pigs who have taken longer to mature. This allows for the essential extra fat that produces really flavoursome meat on your taste buds.Because our pigs were raised naturally and hung for a longer period of time, the skin on their succulent pork cuts and joints will be a deeper shade of pink than the alternatives you'll find in supermarkets that were raised intensively. This results in the most delicious, crispy crackling.
